Dimpu Sarath Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Intern Stump. He is an education entrepreneur, researcher, and academician committed to transforming learning, skill acquisition, and workforce readiness across India. He is currently a Ph.D. Scholar in Human Resource Management at SR University, where his research focuses on strategic HRM, organizational behavior, talent development, and people-centric leadership practices.

With a rich interdisciplinary academic foundation, he holds an MBA in HRM and Finance, an MA in Political Science, and is pursuing an M.Com. This comprehensive background allows him to synthesize management principles, public policy frameworks, and financial governance into both academic research and operational enterprise leadership.

At just 22 years of age, coming from a rural background, Dimpu Sarath Kumar embarked on his entrepreneurial journey and built Intern Stump into a dynamic ed-tech and workforce upskilling organization. Under his direction, Intern Stump bridges the gap between traditional university curricula and fast-evolving industry requirements through hands-on, practical learning frameworks and proof-of-work evaluations.

In addition to leading Intern Stump, he has spearheaded complementary initiatives including Career Stump and Codemyric Solutions. These platforms provide career mentorship, vibrant student learning communities, digital solution development, and technical skill-building designed to enable young talent to achieve sustainable professional success.

Deeply driven by a vision of inclusive growth, skill empowerment, and educational innovation, he balances active doctoral research with executive leadership—continually working to create long-term social and educational impact for students, educators, and institutions nationwide.
